• Candidate seeking admission to Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) should have passed two year Pre University examination conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed in the subjects individually. • The selection of students to a course of Physiotherapy shall be based on merit provided that the candidate has obtained not less than 45% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, the marks obtained in qualifying examination should be not less than 40% instead of 45% as above. • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age, as on 31 st December of the year of admission.
